A renewal, renovation, complete change for the better, is a Greek word, that also gets translated often as transformation, as it is in my favorite verse of the Bible, Romans 12:2:

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Why is this my favorite verse of the Bible as a self-growth-obsessed Biohacker...
This verse calls us to think for ourselves, exercise our free will, defy the status quo of our time (as Christ did), and embrace the continual renewal and renovation - Anakainōsis - of our minds.
And the second sentence of the verse is where it gets really interesting, I looked at a bunch of different translations and I believe it suggests that we find God's plan for our life not by listening to religious authorities, reading old books, or following dogma but by practicing our free will and thus reigniting that spark of divinity within us. It's one of the verses of the Bible that really sets the Christian faith apart, where we see God not demanding our acquiescence to a bunch of silly rules but asking us to discover His will by thinking for ourselves, and courageously charting our own course in life, while engaging in the renewal of our minds. It's a verse that challenges some of the dogmatic ideas of religion that should resound powerfully for those of us into personal growth!

In the first month's discovery calls, we'll take a serious look at your habits and lifestyle along with your short-, medium-, and long-term goals. Based upon that we'll put together a stack and schedule of daily, weekly, and monthly habits to get you to where you want to be.

Then you'll use a habit-tracking app for the duration of the program, I think that the best is Coach.me. Then our team will monitor your progress and consistency with this app. If you need quick daily calls or text messages, we'll be there (expect them if you fall off the wagon with one of your important habits!)

Then we'll do weekly or monthly calls touching base to see how you are doing and make any needed adjustments to your habit stack.

About the cost of the program...

• The team consulting you through your 6-month program will be leading experts in their respective fields, the kinds of people with hourly consulting rates in the mid-3-figures.

Why isn't the full upfront payment option discounted from the 6-month payment program?

Typically, monthly payment plans for coaching programs end up costing 10%-30% more than the upfront payment option. This is usually just a marketing thing to get more customers to press the "Buy Now" buttons.
This program is different, I can only work with one client at a time for 6-months. Also, given the cost of this program, a 10%-30% premium would be a significant amount that would not add any extra value for the client.

My second book was a dating and relationships guide for men. In it, I detailed how single men in modernity can find and seduce the enduring affections and commitment of a virtuous woman. My loving wife of 5-years helped me write the book, actually.
It's impossible to speak frankly to men about women without offending the ever-changing, nonsensical, and hysterical sensibilities of our big-tech overlords. Someone at Amazon.com deemed the book unacceptable by their vague standards, and they demanded I make changes to the book to maintain my author account there.
