Who Anakainōsis is for...
This is for you if:
- You’re in your mid 40s to early 70s, and you’ve had a successful career as an entrepreneur, investor, developer, executive, or professional.
- You value health and vitality--not just to survive, but to stay sharp, present, and powerful for what really matters.
- You’re deeply committed to your family, legacy, and passing on wisdom--not just wealth.
- In personal development, you’ve done the work. You’ve faced discomfort. You’ve transformed. Now you’re ready to articulate what matters most.
- You believe in free will, personal responsibility, and the power of transformation--and you want to make meaning of your life in a form your children (or grandchildren) can hold in their hands.
- You want precision guidance on your health and Biohacking strategy—so you can stop guessing and start thriving.
You’re not in crisis; you’re at a threshold.
Who Anakainōsis is not for...
This is not the right program for you if:
- You're looking for a quick fix to a health issue you haven’t explored deeply or consistently.
- You're hoping a book will repair a relationship with your child or partner without your own transformation.
- You tend to get excited, but lose steam when things get complex or emotionally uncomfortable.
- You struggle to take advice or find yourself researching endlessly without implementing.
- You're primarily motivated by ego, legacy optics, or external validation.
- The Anakainōsis program is a substantial investment that pays off in centuries, not years. A lingering scarcity mindset around money cannot be something that gets in the way of the process of creating this book after we've started working on it. You don't need to be a millionaire, but you need to come from a place of financial abundance.
- You’re in a deep personal or medical crisis and expect this program to be a rescue mission.
- If you're within 5 years of a divorce, this is not for you. If divorce is a possibility within the medium-term future for you, make it not NOT a possibility first. Or if you are a couple of years out of a divorce, please allow yourself a couple more years to process that and grow.
- If you're currently out of control with some form of vice. If you're in relapse cycles with drugs, alcohol, gambling--sex or pornography addiction--this is not for you. This program is for men with a clear conscience. Perfect sobriety is not a requirement, but mastery of self is.
There are many great programs out there that can meet people where they are. Anakainōsis is different. If it's not for you, good news: there are other meaningful ways that we work together. In fact, some of my best coaching relationships have actually been with men who filled the form you just did but were ultimately temperamentally or economically not a good fit for Anakainōsis. So, either way, expect a thoughtful response to your application.
